This is my 12-year-old son's favorite meal. If we don't have it once a week, he requests it! I cook up a large package of chicken breasts in advance, cube and freeze in 4-cup packages. Makes this a quick weeknight meal!

Ingredients For chicken-swiss casserole

  • 4 c
    cooked, cubed chicken breast
  • 2 c
    stuffing cubes, dry
  • 2/3 c
    mayonaise
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded swiss cheese

How To Make chicken-swiss casserole

    Mix mayo and milk with a whisk, until combined and fairly smooth.

    Stir together chicken cubes, stuffing cubes and Swiss Cheese. Stir in the mayo/milk mix.

    Turn into a baking dish (11 x 9) sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
