Ingredients For chicken supreme

  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice, fresh
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 c
    rice, uncooked
  • 6
    pieces of chicken
  • onion soup mix
  • salt and pepper

How To Make chicken supreme

  • 1
    Combine first four ingredients and pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Salt and pepper chicken pieces and lay on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle onion gravy mix over chicken and rice.

    Cover casserole, airtight, with heavy foil.

    Bake 1 1/2 hours without opening the foil, at 350 degrees. Can be frozen after baking.
