Ingredients For chicken & stuffing casserole-annette's

  • 1 bag
    16oz. frozen mixed veggies
  • 2 c
    chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    10 3/4oz. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg
    6oz. chicken stuffing mix (made according to package)
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make chicken & stuffing casserole-annette's

    Preheat oven to 400°. In a bowl, thaw the vegetables in the microwave on defrost.

    Add chicken soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and chicken to the vegetables. Mix gently. Pour into a greased 9x13 cake pan.

    Top with prepared stuffing. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy!
