Ingredients For chicken stroganoff

4boneless skinless chicken thighs

salt and pepper

1 Tbspolive oil

1 lgonion diced

4 clovegarlic minced

3 Tbspbutter

2 Tbspflour

8 ozmushrooms sliced

2 cbeef broth
-
1 Tbspdijon mustard

1 csour cream

8 ozegg noodles

2 Tbspbutter

fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make chicken stroganoff

1Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add Olive oil to a large skillet. Brown both sides about 4 minutes each side. Remove chicken to a plate.

2Add 3 tbsp. butter to skillet. Add the onions garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are browned. Add the flour and mix well. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Whisk to thicken.

3Stir in the mustard and reduce the heat to simmer. Whisk in the sour cream. Add the chicken back to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.

4Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water. Drain and mix in the 2 tbsp of butter. Serve the chicken and gravy over noodles and garnish with parsley
