2boneless chicken thighs cut into strips

1 tspcornstarch

1 tsppeanut oil
- SAUCE

2 Tbsphoisn sauce

1 tspoyster sauce

1 Tbspdark soy sauce

1/2 tspsesame oil

2 tspshaoxing wine or sherry

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1/4 tspwhite pepper
- STIR FRY

4 ozrice noodles
-
1 Tbspolive oil
-
2 clovegarlic minced
-
1 mdonion sliced

1baby bok choy chopped white and green parts separated

4 ozshiitake mushrooms chopped
-
3green onions chopped
-
cilantro for garnish
How To Make chicken stir fry with rice noodles

1Mix the chicken cornstarch and oil together in a bowl and set aside. Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

2Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.

3Place the olive oil in a wok and add the onions and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and stir fry 30 seconds. Add the chicken and stir fry 2 minutes.

4Add the white parts of the bok choy and mushrooms. stir fry 3 minutes. Add the green onions and stir fry 30 seconds.

5Add the noodles and sauce and stir to coat all the noodles and veggies in the sauce. Add the green parts of the bok choy and let wilt.

6plate in bowl and garnish with cilantro.
