My roommate makes this for me all the time, and it is so good! I've changed the recipe a little bit and added measurements because my roommate doesn't use them. This is a great comfort food, and it's super easy!

Ingredients For chicken spaghetti bake

  • 1/2 box
    spaghetti noodles
  • 1 pkg
    shredded four cheese blend
  • 2 jar
    alfredo sauce
  • 1 jar
    tomato basil marinara sauce
  • 2 can
    mushrooms, canned
  • 2 can
    sliced black olives
  • 2-3 lg
    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    butter or margarine

How To Make chicken spaghetti bake

    Preheat your oven to 325. Start boiling the water for the noodles. In another bowl combine the sauces, the mushrooms and the olives and set it aside.

    Chop the chicken into bite sized pieces and put it in a frying pan with a small amount of oil. Cook it over medium heat until it is fully cooked.

    Add the noodles to the boiling water and let them boil until they become tender (about 10-12 minutes). Drain the pasta. Combine everything into a 9x13 baking dish. Spread the entire package of cheese over the top. Bake at 325 until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve hot. Enjoy!
