This has been a favorite of my entire family, and when my kids were in high school, their friends stopped by for a bowl when they knew I had fixed this dish.

Ingredients For chicken spaghetti

1chicken
-
8 ozspaghetti
-
1 cancream of celery soup
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
4 mdcarrots, chopped
-
1/4 cchopped green pepper
-
1/2 mdonion, chopped (optional)

1 smjar sliced mushrooms (i dice these up in mine)

1 lbvelveeta cheese, cubed
-
1 canrotel (i use mild.)

salt & pepper to taste (i use lemon pepper.)

1/4 ccelery, chopped
How To Make chicken spaghetti

1In large pot, stew chicken, carrots, onion, celery, and green pepper together until the chicken is done. Remove chicken and bring broth to a boil; add spaghetti and cook until tender.

2Next, add soups, mushrooms, Rotel, and seasonings; simmer about 3-4 minutes. Remove chicken from bones, tear into bite-size pieces; add to spaghetti and vegetables.

3Add cubed Velveeta and simmer 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted.

4NOTE: This is really good the second day when the seasonings and ingredients have had time to set together.
