This is a great recipe for a cold day! And my kids devour it! There are lots of easy subsitutes; I have used cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, cooking wine with a boullion cube, etc..,) Always tastes great!

This could very well become your go-to casserole; the ingredients are usually on hand and it is easy to prepare! Oh, and it happens to taste really good, too! When the Kitchen Crew and I prepared this one we kept going back for "just one more bite". Delicious.

Ingredients For chicken spaghetti

  • 3 c
    diced cooked chicken
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    chicken broth
  • 1 can
    chopped pimento (small can)
  • 1 c
    grated cheese
  • 3/4
    (7 oz) pkg thin spaghetti (or 1 cup of cooked rice)
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/4 c
    celery, chopped

How To Make chicken spaghetti

  • 1
    Mix chicken, mushroom soup, pimento, cooked spaghetti with the onion, celery, broth and 1/2 cup of grated cheese.

    Pour in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and top with remaining grated cheese.

    Cover and bake for 30 to 45 minutes in 350 oven. Enjoy!
