Blue Ribbon Recipe

If you're looking for a quick and easy meal that will feed a group try these chicken sloppy joes. They're a simple dinner or great on game day. Sweet and tangy, using canned chicken to make a sloppy joe is a nice twist. We added shredded mozzarella on top and melted it a bit and served sweet potato fries on the side. Yum! If you don't want to use canned chicken, boil a few chicken breasts. When cooked, shred and simmer in the sauce.
