1 lbground white meat chicken or ground white meat turkey, preferably organic

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1/2red onion, chopped

2 clovegarlic, chopped

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 canpeeled tomatoes, no salt added

2 Tbspbbq sauce, organic

1 tsphot sauce
-
1/3 cchicken broth, no salt added

1 Tbsppoultry spice

1 tspsalt and pepper

4onion rolls, bakery or any favorite bun/rolls
How To Make chicken sloppy joes

1Drizzle olive oil in sauté pan, add chopped onion & garlic, cook for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add chicken breast, poultry seasoning and cook thoroughly breaking up chicken into small pieces while cooking and stirring occasionally

2Meantime purée tomatoes with juice, add remaining ingredients and blend well to make sauce. Pour over chicken and sauté together for 5 - 10 minutes.

3Slice onion rolls and toast.

4Scoop sloppy joe mixture onto roll. Add cheese if desired and serve.
