Ingredients For chicken scampi

4chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

2 Tbsplemon juice

3 clovegarlic, minced

2 ozolive oil
-
1 cflour
-
1 1/2 Tbspparsley flakes

1 stickbutter
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chicken scampi

1Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

2Coat chicken flour by shaking in bag.

3Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.

4Saute chicken until browned.

5Add butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.

6Sprinkle lemon juice and cover tightly to steam.

7Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes.

8Serve over hot cooked angel hair pasta or rice.
