Ingredients For chicken sausage skillet

1 mdonion, thinly sliced

1 mdgreen pepper, thinly sliced

1 csliced fresh mushrooms

1 csliced zucchini
-
2 Tbspolive oil

1/2 lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1/2 lbitalian sausage links, cut into 1/2- inch pieces

2 can(14-1/2 ounce each) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 clovegarlic, minced

3/4 tspdried basil
-
3/4 tspdried oregano
How To Make chicken sausage skillet

1In a large skillet, saute the onion, green pepper, mushrooms and zucchini in oil until tender. Remove vegetables with a slotted spoon; set aside. Add chicken and sausage to skillet; cook until no longer pink. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, garlic, basil and oregano. Return vegetables to pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve over rice.
