Ingredients For chicken-sausage gumbo

8 ozboneless, skinless chicken breast cutlets

1/8 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper
-
4links, fully-cooked chicken sausage, cut into 1/4" slices

114.5 oz can diced tomatoes w/ chiles, not drained

3 creduced-sodium chicken broth
-
2 cfrozen cut okra
-
1-1/2 cchopped celery
-
1green bell pepper, seeded, chopped

1 lgonion, chopped
-
1-1/2 tspcajun seasoning mix

1 tspminced garlic
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 tspground thyme
How To Make chicken-sausage gumbo

1Season chicken w/ salt & pepper, place in slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients and stir. Cover, cook on high for 4 hrs, or on low for 7 hrs. Remove chicken and place in lg bowl. Shred each piece w/ fork. Return shredded chicken to slow cooker. Serve.
