1 1/2 lbboneless skinless chicken breast

1 canmandarin oranges (15 oz) drained

4green onions, sliced

1/4 csliced almonds

3celery stalks, chopped

3/4 cmayonnaise

How To Make chicken salad

1Boil chicken breasts. When cool, chop or shred.

2Mix cooked chicken in bowl with all ingredients.

3Serve as sandwich on bread or with crackers of choice. We like garlic bagel chips and garlic triscuits.
