This is one of our family's favorites - kids & grands alike! Simple & easy, too. Had one friend ask to share my recipe in her school cookbook instead of one of her own...I was so honored! She calls it "comfort food" & I agree! Hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Ingredients For chicken rotel

8 ozwide noodles

1 canrotel (use mild for less spicy)

1 stickbutter (real butter is better)

1 cancheddar cheese soup

1 canchunk white chicken (or leftover chicken)
How To Make chicken rotel

1Boil noodles. While noodles are cooking, mix together other ingredients to simmer on low. When noodles are done, mix with the sauce, serve & EAT! How simple is that!!
