Ingredients For chicken rosemary

  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 md
    zucchini, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh rosemary, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 3 lb
    chicken, cut up (mixed pieces)
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • hot cooked noodles or rice

How To Make chicken rosemary

    Saute the onion, zucchini and rosemary in oil in a skillet over medium heat until the vegetables are tender.

    Add the chicken, juice, salt and pepper. Cover, reduce the heat, and simmer 45 minutes or until the chicken is done.

    Remove the chicken; keep warm. Add the sour cream to the mixture in the skillet; cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve with noodles or rice.
