Ingredients For chicken rolls

3 ozcream cheese

3 ozcream cheese, with chives

3/4 cbutter, divided

1/8 tsppepper

2 ccooked chicken, cubed

4 ozstems & pieces mushrooms, drained

2 canrefrigerated crescent rolls

1/2 cnuts, finely chopped

2/3 cstuffing mix, finely crushed
- SAUCE:

1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1/3 cwater
-
1/4 csour cream
-
lemon juice, to taste
How To Make chicken rolls

1Preheat oven 325.

2Cream together cream cheese, pepper and 1/4 cup butter. Fold in chicken and mushrooms. Place 1/4 cup of mixture on each roll, then roll-up and seal.

3Combine stuffing mix and nuts in a bowl; set aside.

4Dip rolls in 1/2 cup melted butter, then roll in the stuffing mixture. Bake for 25 minutes.

5Heat the sauce ingredients in a double boiler and then pour over the chicken rolls.
