This is such a delightful dish to make and serve. It freezes great and even kids love it! It's wonderful paired with rice, green beans and a nice salad.

Ingredients For chicken roll ups

  • CHICKEN ROLL UPS
  • 6 oz
    cream cheese
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 4 c
    chicken, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2-8 oz
    cans refridgerated cresent roll dough
  • 4 Tbsp
    milk
  • 11/2 c
    bread crumbs, seasoned
  • SAUCE
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    milk

How To Make chicken roll ups

  • 1
    Blend cream cheese and 4 tablespoons butter together. Add chicken and spices then the milk. Mix well. Separate cresent rolls into 8 rectangles by putting 2 of the triangles together and pressing perforations together to seal.

    Spoon 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture into the center of each rectangle. Pull the corners of dough to the top of the chicken mixture and pinch edges together to seal. Brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs

    Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with sauce.

    For sauce: Combine all ingredients and heat on stove till hot.
