Ingredients For chicken roll ups

  • 4
    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box
    stove top stuffing for chicken
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk

How To Make chicken roll ups

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat baking dish with non stick spray. Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise and pound to 1/4 inch.

    Prepare stuffing according to package directions.

    Lay each piece of chicken flat and cover with prepared dressing. Roll up each piece and place in baking dish. Place any leftover stuffing in between roll ups

    Mix soup, milk and sour cream until smooth then pour over rolled up chicken

    Bake for 35 minutes
