Ingredients For chicken ratatouille stew

4chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and cubed

1 tspdried basil leaves

3garlic cloves, minced

1 lgonion, chopped

1green bell pepper, sliced

2 smzucchini, sliced

2tomatoes, chopped

1eggplant, peeled and chopped

1 jarspaghetti sauce

1 tspdried oregano leaves
How To Make chicken ratatouille stew

1In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.

2Pour into 3-1/2 to 4 quart crockpot.

3Cover; cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
