Ingredients For chicken quesidillas

  • 2 lb
    boneless chicken breasts, grilled
  • 6 slice
    bacon, cooked, crisp
  • 1 md
    tomato,diced
  • 1 c
    colby/jack cheese, or pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 lg
    flour tortillas
  • 2 c
    salsa of your choice
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pinch
    cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp
    seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How To Make chicken quesidillas

  • 1
    Season chicken breast with seasoning salt, pepper, grill. Cut into strips. On 1st tortilla layer chicken strips, diced tomatoes,bacon cheese. Top with 2nd tortilla, cook on a griddle or grill-both sides until the cheese is melted, and the tortillas are browned on both sides.

    Cut into 4 slices, serve with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy! To spice things up, season the chicken breasts with cayenne pepper.
