Ingredients For chicken pot pie

2chicken leg quarters (or breasts if preferred)

2 lgpotatoes-cubed {cooked}

12 ozfrozen mixed vegetables-cooked

1 cancream of chicken soup

1/2 cmilk
-
1 Tbsponion-finely chopped

1 dashsalt to taste

1 dashpepper to taste

1 cbisquick mix
-
1/4 cwater
How To Make chicken pot pie

1Boil chicken until done (about 45 minutes) Cut or tear into bite size pieces, Boil frozen vegetables in water to cover until heated through and hot. Drain water off. Boil potatoes until done..drain.

2Preheat oven to 450'. In a 2 quart casserole dish; Combine all ingredients except Bisquick and water.

3Bake for 15 minutes.

4Mix Bisquick and water until a soft dough forms. Drop spoonfuls on top of pot pie.

5Bake another 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are done.
