I was very ill and on life support in February 2012, when I came home many friends stopped by with meals for my family and I for weeks! And I especially loved this one recipe, but I tweeked it to make it my own.

Ingredients For chicken pot pie

3 cchicken breasts diced into medium squares & cooked or 3 cans.

1 1/2 smbags frozen mixed vegetables

1 1/2 stickbutter melted
-
3/4 call purpose flour
-
1/4 cminced onion
-
1 cheavy cream
-
1 canchicken broth
- FIRST SET OF INGREDIENTS IS FOR THE PIE, SECOND SET INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOPPING

1 cbisquick
-
1 stickbutter melted

1 cmilk
How To Make chicken pot pie

1Set oven to 400 degrees. Mix together: flour,1 1/2 stks melted butter, minced onion, chicken broth, and heavy cream until smooth.

2Stir in cooked chicken and mixed vegetables, pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and set aside.

3Now mix together: bisquick, milk, and 1 stick melted butter.

4Pour bisquick mixture over the top of the chicken mixture. (DO NOT STIR) Bake in oven 45 minutes, serve hot.
