Ingredients For chicken pot pie

  • 1 box
    rolled pie crust
  • 2 can
    cream of potato soup
  • 1 box
    frozen, mixed vegetables (defrost first)
  • 2 or 3
    cooked and cubed chicken breast
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make chicken pot pie

  • 1
    Cook and cube chicken.
  • 2
    Mix together vegetables,soup,chicken and milk.
  • 3
    Place 1 layer of crust in a greased pie pan,pour mixture over crust, spread and then add top layer of pie crust.
  • 4
    Poke a few holes with fork in the top layer, cook and bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
