My son has gluten allergies so I am trying lots of recipes. This is good. I exchanged the peas in this for corn b/c I hate peas. It worked great.

Ingredients For chicken pot pie

  • 2
    boneless chicken breast cooked and chopped
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
  • 1 can
    carrots sliced and drained
  • 1/2 c
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can
    7 oz green peas drained
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 4
    hash brown potatoes, frozen patties
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make chicken pot pie

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour in a nonstick 6x9" baking dish. Place hash brown on top. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Serve boiling hot.
