My son has gluten allergies so I am trying lots of recipes. This is good. I exchanged the peas in this for corn b/c I hate peas. It worked great.

Ingredients For chicken pot pie

2boneless chicken breast cooked and chopped

1 cancream of mushroom soup, fat-free

1 cancarrots sliced and drained

1/2 csliced mushrooms
-
1 can7 oz green peas drained

3/4 cwater
-
4hash brown potatoes, frozen patties

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chicken pot pie

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour in a nonstick 6x9" baking dish. Place hash brown on top. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Serve boiling hot.
