Ingredients For chicken penne pasta bake

1 1/2 cmultigrain pasta (i typically like to use bowtie pasta)

1 pkgspinach (9oz)

1 lbchicken breast, diced into pieces

1 tspdried basil leaves (or more)

1 jarspaghetti sauce

1 candiced tomatoes, drained

3 ozcream cheese

1 cshredded mozzella

2 Tbspparmesan
How To Make chicken penne pasta bake

1Heat oven to 375. Cook pasta adding spinach at the last one minute of cooking.

2Cook chicken and basil in large skillet. Add spaghetti sauce, and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Simmer 3 minutes and stir in cream cheese until melted.

3Drain pasta, return to pan. Stir in chicken mixture and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Pour into 2 qt. casserole. Bake for 20 minutes and sprinkle with remaining cheese until melted.
