Ingredients For chicken penne alfredo

1 boxpenne noodles

3chicken breasts (boneless/skinless)

1chopped tomato
-
1chopped broccoli ( i buy it in the microwave steam bags )

1 cheavy whipping cream

1/4 cbutter
-
1 1/2 cparmesan cheese
-
1 Tbspcheap bottle chardonnay ( i use tisdale )

1 clovechopped garlic ( i buy 2 in a box )

1chopped ( into 1/2 rings ) yellow onion

1-2 tspextra virgin olive oil

1-2 tspbrown sugar

1/8-1/4 cred wine vinegar
-
1-2 tspblack pepper
-
1 clovechopped garlic

1-3 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
How To Make chicken penne alfredo

1Take Marinade ingredients and combine together ( Red Wine Vinegar, garlic, black pepper, evoo) Brush entire Marinade onto thawed chicken breasts, once finished, wrap chicken breasts in saran wrap and let marinade soak in for 30-45 minutes Cook Chicken according to package directions.

2Cook Penne noodles according to box directions. Cook broccoli according to package directions Take all alfredo sauce ingredients and place into medium sauce pan. 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup butter, 1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon chardonnay, 1 clove garlic-chopped and cook on low-medium heat until cheese is melted and contents are warmed thoroughly (constantly stirring so NOT to burn cheese too bottom of sauce pan) Take 1/2 ring onion and saute in small frying pan with evoo and brown sugar until carmelized (browned thoroughly)

3Cut up cooked chicken into strips, pour alfredo sauce onto penne noodles add chicken strips and serve on plate or in a bowl and garnish with chopped tomatoes, onions and broccoli ENJOY!!!!
