1 cflour

3/4 cpecans, chopped

1/4 tsppaprika

3eggs, beaten

1/4 cmayonnaise

2 cchopped rotisserie chicken

1/4 conion, minced

3drops tabasco sauce

1 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 tspsalt

1/3 cvegetable oil

8 ozsour cream

1/2 cchicken broth
-
3/4 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 tspdill weed, dried

1/4 cpecan halves
How To Make chicken pecan quiche

1Combine flour, 1 cup cheddar cheese, chopped pecans, salt and paprika. Stir in oil and mix - set aside one quarter of the mixture.

2Press remaining flour mixture in bottom (and up sides) of a 9" quiche dish. Using a fork, prick bottom and sides. Bake crust at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

3Meanwhile, combine eggs, sour cream, mayo and chicken broth. Stir in chicken, 3/4 cup cheddar, onions, dill and hot sauce and then pour over crust. Top quiche with pecan halves and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
