Ingredients For chicken pecan quiche

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 c
    chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 c
    onion, minced
  • 3
    drops tabasco sauce
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 3/4 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp
    dill weed, dried
  • 1/4 c
    pecan halves

How To Make chicken pecan quiche

    Combine flour, 1 cup cheddar cheese, chopped pecans, salt and paprika. Stir in oil and mix - set aside one quarter of the mixture.

    Press remaining flour mixture in bottom (and up sides) of a 9" quiche dish. Using a fork, prick bottom and sides. Bake crust at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, combine eggs, sour cream, mayo and chicken broth. Stir in chicken, 3/4 cup cheddar, onions, dill and hot sauce and then pour over crust. Top quiche with pecan halves and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
