This recipe came from an old church cookbook back in the 1960s. I have used it a lot since that time and it is a good one for a potluck, picnic, etc. since you can make it ahead. It is good cold or hot.

Ingredients For chicken parmesan

1chicken broiler/fryer cut up

1 cflour
-
2 tspsalt
-
2 tsppaprika
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
2eggs
-
3 Tbspmilk

2/3 cparmesan cheese

1/3 cbread crumbs
How To Make chicken parmesan

1In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, paprika and pepper.

2In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs and milk.

3In a third bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

4Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture, dip in egg mixture, then roll in crumb mixture.

5Place chicken pieces in a well greased 15x10x1" baking pan.

6Bake at 400 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
