My daughter and I were playing in the kitchen and wanted to make something different, so here you go. This is a wonderful dish. Very easy to make, as my daughter is 13 and she made it all. It is a fun twist on an old favorite.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

All the delicious chicken Parmesan flavors are baked in a casserole dish instead of frying the chicken. Genius! Baking the chicken breasts in marinara sauce and garlic enables the flavors to infuse into the meat. The homemade croutons are fantastic. There's a slight sweetness from the sauce and fresh basil. Filled with cheese, your family will request this chicken Parmesan often.
