Ingredients For chicken parm meatballs

  • 1 lb
    ground chicken
  • 1/2 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    fresh parsley chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    fresh parmesan shredded
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c
    marinara sauce
  • 2 c
    mozzarella shredded
  • fresh basil for garnish

How To Make chicken parm meatballs

  • 1
    Mix the chicken, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, Parmesan and salt and pepper. Shape into 2 inch balls. At some oil to large skillet and brown the meatballs on all sides.

    Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs and cook over medium heat until meatballs are done. Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese over the top and let it melt.

    Serve garnished with the basil.
