Ingredients For chicken parisienne

  • 2 to 4 whole chicken breasts, halved
  • salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 3 t. margarine
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can cram of chicken soup
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup sherry cooking wine

How To Make chicken parisienne

  • 1
    Season breasts with salt and pepper; melt margarine in skillet. Brown chicken on both sides.

    Arrange chicken, onion and mushrooms in a casserole or baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together in another bowl
  • 3
    Pour over chicken. Bake at 400 for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 4
