Ingredients For chicken parisienne

2 to 4 whole chicken breasts, halved

salt
-
pepper to taste

3 t. margarine

1 small onion, sliced

1 cup sour cream
-
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 can cram of chicken soup
-
1/2 to 3/4 cup sherry cooking wine
How To Make chicken parisienne

1Season breasts with salt and pepper; melt margarine in skillet. Brown chicken on both sides.

2Arrange chicken, onion and mushrooms in a casserole or baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together in another bowl

3Pour over chicken. Bake at 400 for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 4
