Ingredients For chicken paprikash

4chicken breasts, cubed

1 Tbspolive oil

1onion, chopped

1 clovegarlic, chopped

1 cwater

1 tspchicken bouillon
-
2 Tbsppaprika
-
6 oznon fat greek yogurt
-
2 Tbsplow fat sour cream
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tsppepper
-
2 cegg noodles, uncooked

4 cwater, for cooking egg noodles
How To Make chicken paprikash

1In a large skillet, brown chicken chunks in olive oil. Once, browned remove chicken from skillet.

2Add onions and garlic to the same skillet and saute for about 5 minutes

3Add in water, bouillon, paprika, and chicken. Cook on low until chicken is done.

4While chicken is simmering, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add in egg noodles, and cook for 6 minutes.

5Once chicken is cooked through, remove skillet from heat and pour in yogurt and sour cream. Adjust seasonings to taste. Add in drained, cooked egg noodles and let simmer for two minutes.
