This is a recipe that my Mom use to make in her old pressure cooker. I have tweaked the recipe for the electric pressure which is much easier!

Ingredients For chicken paprika

3-4 lbbonless chicken breast

1 1/2 cchicken broth or bouillon cubes

24 ozsour cream
-
3 cflour
-
3 Tbsppaprika

1 tspsalt & pepper
How To Make chicken paprika

1Cut chicken into bite size pieces, put chicken into a bag of flour and generously coat. Brown chicken and drain on paper towels.

2Add one cup of chicken broth
Add browned chicken
Salt & pepper the chicken
Add one large container (24 ounces) of sour cream
Sprinkle paprika on top of sour cream (don't stir) -
3Close lid, set time for 15 minutes. When done, release pressure manually after 4 to 5 minutes.
Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving. This gives it time to thicken up.
Serve over noodles with veggies on the side! DELICIOUS!
