chicken on the fly

My pork chops didn't thaw in time for dinner, thankfully I have canned chicken on hand for nights such as this. I started with a recipe on another website(Tyson)and I ended up creating my own casserole. I hope you enjoy as much as my family has.

Ingredients For chicken on the fly

1-2 canchicken packed in water
-
1-2 cmilk (your choice i used 2%)

1-2 cshredded cheese (any blend)

1 tspdry mustard
-
1 pkgchicken flavor boost
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
4eggs
-
1/2 cto a cup of water
-
1-2 cfrozen or fresh veggies of your choice(i used two different frozen blends that i had left over in the freezer)

about 1/4 cflour
-
1 pkgnoodles, uncooked (any type)
How To Make chicken on the fly

1Pre-heat oven to 350 grease pan, and put half the pkg of noodles in pan then place half of the chicken and half of the veggies. Repeat noodles, chicken, and veggies. (if you wish put some of the cheese with this mixture)

2Mix all other ingredients and pour over the noodles, chicken, & veggies.

3Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
