Ingredients For chicken nuggets

3chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (cut into 2" chunks)

1 1/2 calmond flour

2eggs
-
2 Tbspwater
-
1 pinchgarlic pwdr

1 pinchchili pwdr
How To Make chicken nuggets

1Preheat oven @ 375%

2In SMALL bowl beat eggs & then add water In MED bowl mix almond flour along w other spices; Dunk chicken in egg wash & then into flour mixture.

3Place chicken chunks on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake approximately 18-20 mins flipping chicken chunks over mid way.
