Ingredients For chicken nuggets

  • 3
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (cut into 2" chunks)
  • 1 1/2 c
    almond flour
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 pinch
    garlic pwdr
  • 1 pinch
    chili pwdr

How To Make chicken nuggets

    Preheat oven @ 375%
  • 2
    In SMALL bowl beat eggs & then add water In MED bowl mix almond flour along w other spices; Dunk chicken in egg wash & then into flour mixture.

    Place chicken chunks on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake approximately 18-20 mins flipping chicken chunks over mid way.
