chicken noodle stroganoff
I had some leftover chicken and crumbled bacon from another recipe, so I am making up a new recipe. I am confident that I can execute this dish, and it will be delicious! This is my skillet version. I wanted to make a stroganoff using chicken.

Ingredients For chicken noodle stroganoff

1 can14oz cream of mushroom soup

1 mdyellow onion, chopped

1- 1/2 lbleftover chicken. shredded or chopped

1 csour cream

16 ozpkg. egg noodles

1 pkgmushrooms

2 clovegarlic. diced
How To Make chicken noodle stroganoff

1Cook pasta until al'dente'. Drain pasta.

2Heat oil on med/high heat. Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Saute' until onion is translucent and fragrant.

3Reduce heat.Add in cream of Mushroom and sour cream to Skillet mixture. If it's too thick, add a little water or broth.Stir to combined.

4Bring back up heat. Add in chicken and pasta. Mix thoroughly .

5I topped with real cooked bacon crumbles. Happy Dinner!
