I HAD A PIZZA DOUGH THAT NEEDED TO BE USED AND A PKG OF MUSHROOMS SOOOO I MADE THIS PIZZA USING ALFREDO SAUCE. ONLY BECAUSE I FEEL IT GOES NICELY WITH CHICKEN (THAT I HAD LEFT OVER ALONG WITH THE BROCCOLI). THIS IS HOW THIS DELICIOUS PIE WAS INVENTED :).........THIS CONCOCTION WOULD BE DELICIOUS ON PASTA AS WELL!

Ingredients For mushroom n broccoli chicken alfredo pizza

    pizza dough (store bought or ur own)
  • 4 oz
    fresh mushrooms, sliced thick
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    prepared broccoli, roughly chpd. (or use more to ur liking)

    boneless chickn breast, cookd n shredded or use left over chickn
  • 8 oz
    mozzerella cheese, thinly sliced
  • s&p to taste
  • ALFREDO SAUCE
  • 1 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp
    blk pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    crushed red pepper (optional)

    ON A PIZZA STONE SPREAD A SML AMOUNT OF OLIVE OIL ON STONE (1 TSP) N SPRINKLE TBLSPN. OF CORN MEAL. (THIS I FEEL MAKES PIZZA CRUNCHY) THEN STRETCH DOUGH TO FIT ON STONE N SET ASIDE.

    IN A PAN ADD BUTTER N OLIVE OIL N SAUTE GARLIC THEN ADD FLOUR LET COOK FOR 2-3 MIN. THEN ADD MILK N STIR TILL SLIGHTLY THICK N ADD PARM.CHEESE N BLK. PEPPER N CRUSHED RED PEPPER (OPTIONAL)...IF TOO THICK ADD MORE MILK BY TBLSPN AT A TIME. LET COOL FOR FIVE MINUTES N SPREAD ON PIZZA, JUST A THIN COVERING...TOO MUCH WILL MAKE PIZZA SOGGY. SET ASIDE.

    IN PAN SAUTE CHPD. ONIONS IN A TBLSPN OF OLIVE OIL THEN ADD SLICED MUSHROOMS N COOK DOWN A BIT. SPOON ONTOP OF ALFREDO SAUCE. SCATTER COOKED CHICKEN ONTOP ALONG WITH COOKED ROUGHLY CHOPPED BROCCOLI. PLACE MOZZERELLA ONTOP TO FINISH :)
