Ingredients For chicken mozzarella perfecto~

  • panko or bread italian bread crumbs
  • 4
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 8 oz
    chicken broth or stock
  • 1-2
    cups mozzarella
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • flour

How To Make chicken mozzarella perfecto~

    Preheat oven to 350. Add the parm cheese and garlic powder to the panko. Dredge chicken in flour, then into the egg and panko or bread crumbs.

    Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Place chicken on the pan and bake, or brown in a skillet for about 5 min per side. season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour the broth into a small baking dish, place the chicken on top of broth and sprinkle with mozzarella.

    Cover and bake about 30 min or until the cheese is melted and juices run clear in the chicken.
