    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, poiunded thin
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    canola oil

    Preheat your oven to 200 F.

    Put eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs in separate dishes. Put salt and pepper in each.
