Something I came up with using what I had in the pantry. I served with rice and steamed asparagus. I think cream of chicken soup would work also.

Ingredients For chicken michael

6boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 can(10 oz) cream of mushroom soup (i used lower sodium soup)

1 csour cream
-
1/2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 tspground black pepper
-
1 tspno salt seasoning, such as mrs. dash

1 Tbspdried parsley flakes
-
1/8 cdried onion flakes
How To Make chicken michael

1Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2Place thighs in baking dish,

3In mixing bowl, whisk remaining ingredients together. Cover the thighs with soup mixture and cover with foil.

4Bake 50 minutes, remove foil and bake another 10 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

5Serve thighs with some sauce on each.
