1 sliceonion, thin rings

1 tspgarlic powder

4skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1/2 cred wine
-
1 tspdried rosemary
-
4 sliceswiss cheese

4english muffins, split and toasted

1 Tbspolive oil
How To Make chicken melt

1Poke chicken full of holes and marinate chicken in the wine, thyme and rosemary for a little over an hour.

2Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the onion slices in the skillet, sprinkle with garlic powder and sauté until onions are translucent. Remove from heat and set aside.

3Broil chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes on each side or until juices run clear

4Place a slice of cheese on each breast half and top off with onions. Cool until cheese starts to melt. Serve on toasted English muffin or regular bread.
