Ingredients For chicken marsala

  • 4
    chicken breasts,boneless & skinless
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 c
    carrot, sliced
  • 1 c
    mushrooms, fresh,sliced
  • 1/3 c
    marsala wine
  • 1/3 c
    chicken broth
  • dash
    pepper
  • dash
    paprika
  • dash
    oregano, dried

How To Make chicken marsala

    Combine flour, salt, pepper, & paprika.
  • 2
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Dredge in flour. Sprinkle with a pinch of oregano.

    In a heavy iron skillet, heat olive oil with butter. Brown chicken about 5 minutes on each side.

    Add carrots, mushrooms, marsala wine & chicken broth.

    Lower heat, cover & simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with brown rice.
