Ingredients For chicken marengo ( easy low-calorie style )

  • 3 lb. cut up fryer
  • 1 can tomatoe soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 4 medium sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup white wine

How To Make chicken marengo ( easy low-calorie style )

    If desired remove fat and skin from chicken.

    Put chicken, sliced onions, tomatoe soup, golden mushroom soup and wine into a large casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake covered at 325 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Do not open oven. Serve with rice.
