3 lb. cut up fryer

1 can tomatoe soup

salt and pepper to taste

1 can golden mushroom soup

4 medium sliced onions

1/2 cup white wine
How To Make chicken marengo ( easy low-calorie style )

1If desired remove fat and skin from chicken.

2Put chicken, sliced onions, tomatoe soup, golden mushroom soup and wine into a large casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake covered at 325 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Do not open oven. Serve with rice.
