Ingredients For chicken & macaroni

2 celbow macaroni

3 Tbspbutter
-
1 mdgreen pepper, chopped

1celery stalk, thinly sliced

3 Tbspall purpose flour
-
3/4 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

1 1/2 cmilk
-
1 lgcan chunk chicken (or one large chicken breast, cooked and cut in small pieces)

4 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make chicken & macaroni

1Prepare macaroni as directed; drain & keep warm. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add green pepper and celery. Cook until tender, about 20-25 minutes.

2Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended. Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly until sauce is slightly thickened.

3Stir in chicken and cheese just until cheese is melted. Remove from heat. Stir in the macaroni and serve.
