Ingredients For chicken macaroni casserole

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 can
    ( 10 3/4 oz )cream of chicken soup w/herbs
  • 1 can
    (3 oz) mushroom pieces, drained
  • 4
    cooked chicken breasts chopped (bite size)
  • 2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    chopped bell pepper
  • 1
    chopped jalapeno (optional)
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pimientos
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 4 oz
    elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c
    cracker crumbs ( i use ritz)
  • salt to taste if necessary

How To Make chicken macaroni casserole

    Preheat oven to 375
  • 2
    Combine Mayo, soup,mushrooms and chicken in large bowl.Stir in remaining ingredients except macaroni and cracker crumbs. Stir in macaroni. Turn into 13x9 inch baking dish, then evenly top with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes.
