This casserole is so good. It is my husbands favorite. (Probably due to all the butter) ;)

Ingredients For chicken louisiana

1chicken-fryer

1 stickbutter

1 cangreen chiles
-
1 cgrated cheese
-
1 cmacaroni, dry

1 smonion (chopped)

1 cancream of mushroom soup
How To Make chicken louisiana

1Boil chicken and bone. Cook macaroni in chicken broth.

2Saute onion in butter.

3Combine chicken, macaroni, sauteed onion, green chile, mushroom soup and cheese. Mix together well.

4Place in 8x12-inch pan and bake @ 350 for 1 hour. Enjoy!

5*Side Note - I use boneless chicken breasts and boil them in chicken broth to save time. Also, I cover this dish in foil to bake.
