Everytime I tell the kids we're havin' chicken little tacos they get so excited- it's a meal that they all agree on and love to help me make!

Ingredients For chicken little tacos

3boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 cshredded jack cheese

1 tsppepper

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspcumin

1 tspgarlic

1/4 cchicken broth

1 dozen mini corn tortillas
-
1/4vegetable oil
-
1 cparmesan cheese(like the kind at the pizza place)

2 Tbspbutter
How To Make chicken little tacos

1HEAT TWO TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER IN A SKILLET. NEXT CUBE YOUR CHICKEN AND ADD TO HOT SKILLET. OVER MED/HIGH HEAT BEGIN TO SHRED YOUR CHICKEN APART WITH METAL SPATULA. WHEN COOKED THROUGH ADD YOUR CHICKEN BROTH, CHEESE AND ALL OF YOUR SEASONINGS( EXCEPT FOR THE PARMESAN.) COMBINE TILL ALL CHEESE IS MELTED AND EVERYTHING IS INCORPORATED. IT WILL LOOK ALL STUCK TOGETHER.

2NOW YOU ARE GOING TO HEAT YOUR OIL IN ANOTHER SKILLET- AND ADD TORTILLAS ONE AT A TIME, JUST TILL FIRM. PUT YOUR GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE ON A PLATE- AND FLOP THE TORTILLA IN IT ON BOTH SIDES, AND SET ASIDE.

3NOW ASSEMBLE ALL OF YOUR TACOS WITH CHICKEN AND WHATEVER TOPPINGS YOU PREFER. ENJOY!!!
