Ingredients For chicken linguini salad

  • 1 lb
    linguini, slightly undercooked
  • 1 lb
    chicken, chopped and sauteed
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    basil, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    chopped aspargus (cooked or not)
  • 14 oz
    jar artichokes hearts, quarted
  • 1 1/2 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c
    berstein's italian dressing
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make chicken linguini salad

    TOSS LIGHTLY with dressing and oil, using your hands to distribute the goodies from the bottom.

    Refridgerate overnight.
