Ingredients For chicken kabobs

3chicken breasts,boned,skinned and cut into 1 inch chunks

12cherry tomatoes
-
2small onions, quarted lengthwise

1large green pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks

1/4 coil, preferably olive oil
-
2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
1/2 tspwhole thyme leaves
-
1/4 tsppepper
How To Make chicken kabobs

1Thread chicken, tomatoes, onion quarters, and green pepper alternately on six 8 inch skewers. (use wooden skewers if possible), arrange kabobs in a 10 inch round baking dish.

2Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Brush on kabobs. Microwave, uncovered, at power level high for 9 to 11 1/2 minutes, or until chicken and vegetables are cooked, rearranging the skewers once basting twice with marinade.
